Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of immunoglobulin G in bovine pituitary intraglandular colloid (IGC). Intraglandular colloid, housed in the intraglandular lumen (residual lumen), is the holocrine secretion of the marginal layers of intermediate lobe (IL) cells.
