Modified "double-Z-plasty" in the closure of medial canthal defects.
Abstract
The correction of medial canthal defects following tumor resection is a very common problem in oculoplastic surgery, and consequently, many surgical techniques have been devised to accomplish this. Limberg's "rhomboid flap" is a technique which has been modified especially to suit the particular anatomy of the medial canthus.
