Encapsulated human primary myoblasts deliver functional hFIX in hemophilic mice
Abstract
BACKGROUND: Hemophilia B is a bleeding disorder caused by defective factor IX (FIX), currently treated by regular infusions of plasma-derived or recombinant FIX.
