Breastfeeding Policies and Practices in Canadian Hospitals: Comparing 1993 with 2007

BACKGROUND: The Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI) promotes the World Health Organization International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes (WHO Code) and the WHO/UNICEF's Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding (Ten Steps).
