Guidance on the emergent reversal of oral thrombin and factor Xa inhibitors
Abstract
The new oral anticoagulants dabigatran, rivaroxaban and apixaban have advantages over warfarin which include no need for laboratory monitoring, less drug-drug interactions and less food-drug interactions.
