Synthesis and preclinical evaluation of a novel 2-[ 18 F]fluoropyridine-bearing rhodamine for myocardial perfusion imaging with PET

Abstract

A [ 18 F]fluoropyridine-bearing rhodamine has been designed for myocardial perfusion imaging. Straightforward synthesis of precursors and automated radiolabeling methods permitted the evaluation of [ 18 F]Rho6G-DEG-Py-F uptake into rat hearts with PET.
