Subwavelength nanotechnology for broadband modal and power management in silicon photonics

Abstract

Advanced subwavelength metamaterials are emerging as key components for the next generation of photonic integrated circuits. In this work, we review our recent highlights in this field, focusing on high-performance building blocks for modal and power control targeting the silicon on insulator platform.
