Abstract
Abstract Fluorination of L‐tyrosine (I) results in the formation of 3‐fluoro‐L‐tyrosine (II), while fluorination of the diacetylated ester (III) yields a mixture of (II) and 2‐fluoro‐L‐tyrosine (IV) after hydrolysis.
