A case of mixed hereditary gelsolin amyloidosis and hydroxychloroquine induced myopathy

Hereditary gelsolin amyloidosis is an adult onset autosomal dominant disease with neurologic, ophthalmologic and dermatologic features that may be mistaken for Sjögren syndrome.
