Abstract
Vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) is a rare but severe adverse event that was first observed during the global vaccination campaign against SARS-CoV-2 infection, specifically in those receiving adenoviral vector-based vaccines for Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
