Asymptotic Reductions of the Gross-Pitaevskii Equation
Abstract
Various analytical techniques are reviewed in the context of asymptotic reductions of the Gross—Pitaevskii (GP) equation, which is the nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation with an external potential.
