ChemInform Abstract: Thiazyl Trifluoride (NSF3) Adducts and Imidodifluorosulfate (F2OSN‐) Derivatives of Hg(OTeF5)2.

Abstract Reactions of Hg(OTeF 5 ) 2 with excess amounts of NSF 3 in SO 2 ClF or Freon‐114 (FEP reaction vessel, 0 °C, 2 d) result in the formation of NSF 3 adducts of the compositions [Hg(OTeF 5 ) 2 ·NSF 3 ] ∞ (I), [Hg(OTeF 5 ) 2 ·2NSF 3 ] 2 (II), and Hg 3 (OTeF 5 ) 6 ·4NSF 3 (III).
