Abstract
This clinical practice guideline update provides recommendations for treating breakthrough chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) and preventing refractory CINV in pediatric patients. Two systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials in adult and pediatric patients informed the recommendations.
