A Constitutive Model of Tensile Deformation of a Metastable Medium-Entropy Alloy

Abstract

A physically based model is employed to trace the strain-hardening behavior of a metastable medium-entropy alloy (MEA) Fe61(CoNi)29Cr10 governed by a deformation-induced martensitic transformation. The approach is based on calculating the local quantities of the individual phases by means of constitutive modeling.
