LEVEL SPECIFICATION: USING TRIANGULATION IN A GROUNDED THEORY APPROACH TO CONSTRUCT VALIDATION

We argue in this chapter that quantitative techniques alone cannot enable appropriate verification of the levels in which a construct should be defined and validated.
