Optimizing the use of aeromagnetic data for predictive geological interpretation: an example from the Grenville Province, Quebec

Abstract

Predictive geological mapping relies largely on the empirical and statistical analysis of aeromagnetic data. However, in most applications the analysis remains essentially visual and unconstrained.
