Abstract

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) oxygen consumption, clonogenic cell survival, fluorescence photobleaching and photoproduct formation were investigated during benzoporphyrin derivative monoacid (BPD-MA)-PDT of MAT-LyLu cells in vitro.
