Abstract
RATIONALE & OBJECTIVE: Clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP), defined by the age-related ontogenesis of expanded leukemogenic variants indicative of a genetically distinct clonal leukocyte population, is associated with risk of hematologic malignancy and cardiovascular disease.
