Morphological evaluation of spermatogenesis in Lake Magadi tilapia (Alcolapia grahami): A fish living on the edge

Abstract

Spermatogenesis in Lake Magadi tilapia (Alcolapia grahami), a cichlid fish endemic to the highly alkaline and saline Lake Magadi in Kenya, was evaluated using light and transmission electron microscopy.
