Dispersion Interactions Enable the Self-Directed Growth of Linear Alkane Nanostructures Covalently Bound to Silicon
Abstract
Current interest in methods for controllably adding organic molecules to silicon surfaces relates to proposed hybrid silicon-organic devices.
