Gamma radiation-induced heritable mutations at repetitive DNA loci in out-bred mice

Abstract

Recent studies have shown that expanded-simple-tandem-repeat (ESTR) DNA loci are efficient genetic markers for detecting radiation-induced germline mutations in mice.
