Quantitative auger electron analysis of titanium nitrides
Abstract
Chemical analysis of titanium nitrides by Auger Electron Spectroscopy is complicated by the fact that the main Auger electron emission from nitrogen occurs at an energy that completely overlaps the transition from titanium.
