Solid-Phase Synthesis of Multiple Classes of Peptidomimetics from Versatile Resin-Bound Aldehyde Intermediates

Abstract

A wide variety of highly substituted lactam containing peptidomimetic scaffolds are prepared by solid-phase synthesis from a single, versatile class of resin-bound aldehyde intermediates (1).
