BACKGROUND: Nasal Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) have emerged as alternatives to orotracheal intubation and conventional invasive ventilation in patients with moderate to severe bronchiolitis.
