Abstract

Fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles (FCHEVs) have zero harmful emissions, fast refueling times, and long driving ranges. Autonomous FCHEVs add benefits such as collision avoidance and driver convenience yet increase vehicle energy usage due to sensors and computation.
