Drosophila ELYS regulates Dorsal dynamics during development

Abstract

Embryonic large molecule derived from yolk sac (ELYS) is a constituent protein of nuclear pores. It initiates assembly of nuclear pore complexes into functional nuclear pores toward the end of mitosis.
