Functionalization of Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes with Poly(methyl methacrylate) by Emulsion Polymerization

Abstract

Covalent grafting of acrylate-functionalized single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with poly(methyl methacrylate) was accomplished by emulsion polymerization using sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) as an emulsifying agent.
