Abstract

BACKGROUND: Concerning causes of ptosis, most notably third nerve palsy and Horner's syndrome, can be ruled out with normal ocular motility and pupillary examination. Myasthenia gravis (MG) however, rarely can present with ptosis as an isolated finding.
