Low probability of myasthenia Gravis in patients presenting to neuro-ophthalmology clinic for evaluation of isolated ptosis

BACKGROUND: Concerning causes of ptosis, most notably third nerve palsy and Horner's syndrome, can be ruled out with normal ocular motility and pupillary examination.
