Allosteric regulation of cyclic nucleotide-dependent protein kinases
Abstract
Kinases include a wide variety of valuable drug targets, but full therapeutic exploitation requires a high degree of selectivity. A promising avenue to engineer the desired kinase selectivity relies on allosteric sites.
