A Qualitative Study of the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on a Sample of Patients With Chronic Pain

Abstract

This qualitative phenomenological study examined the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the lives of patients living with chronic pain. Patients referred to an intensive interdisciplinary pain management program between June 2020 to June 2021 were asked, "How did the COVID-19 pandemic affect your life?" as part of their interdisciplinary assessment.
