An optimized protocol for phenotyping human granulocytes by mass cytometry

Abstract

Granulocytes encompass diverse roles, from fighting off pathogens to regulating inflammatory processes in allergies. These roles are represented by distinct cellular phenotypes that we captured with mass cytometry (CyTOF).
