Molecular characterization of sapovirus from children with gastroenteritis in Botswana
Abstract
Sapoviruses are an important cause of acute viral gastroenteritis in children. The objective of this study was to determine the burden and genetic diversity of sapoviruses in children hospitalized with acute gastroenteritis in Botswana between 2016 and 2018.
