Jewish Yoga: Experiencing Flexible, Sacred, and Jewish Bodies
Abstract
ABSTRACT: This article delineates and explores three distinctive, although frequently overlapping forms of "Jewish yoga": Judaicized yoga, Hebrew yoga, and Torah yoga.
