Fabrication of 4-wavelength white organic light-emitting diodes including two emissive layers and three primary colors

4-wavelengh white organic light-emitting diodes(WOLED) with three primary colors were fabricated using two emissive layers. Emission characteristics of the WOLED such as CIE coordinates, efficiency, and max luminescence were (0.32,0.37 ) at 6 V, 7.1 cd/A at 199 cd/m2, and 10650 cd/m2 at 8 V, respectively. © 2010 ITE and SID.
