White organic light-emitting diodes using CBP inducer between two emissive layers
Abstract
We fabricate white organic light emitting diodes (WOLEDs) using CBP as inducer between two emissive layers of FIrpic doped in mCP and DCJTB doped in Alq 3 . The optimized WOLED exhibited a low turn-on voltage of 4.5V, maximum luminance of 10090cd/m 2 at 10.5V and reduced efficiency roll-off.
