Growth and Optical Properties of Cu(In, Ga)Se2 Thin Films on Flexible Metallic Foils

Abstract

Polycrystalline Cu(In, Ga)Se2(CIGS) thin films on flexible metallic foils were prepared by two-stage selenization of sequentially deposited Cu, Ga and In precursors.
