Determining the metabolic impact of postbiotics in mice

Postbiotics cooperate to influence immune and metabolic outcomes in the host. Here we describe a protocol for in vivo assessment of blood glucose control following acute administration of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and peptidoglycan (PGN) in mice.
