Understanding Post-acceptance Usage Behaviors–An Ambidexterity View
Abstract
Recent information systems (IS) publications reveal an emerging interest in studying post-acceptance system usage behaviors. Compared to adoption and initial use, understanding of IS post-acceptance use is still at its early stage.
