The July-September 1999 issue of Vikalpa had published a Management Case titled “Malaysia: Strategy for the Twenty-first Century” by Sushil Vachani focusing on the challenges that Dr Mahathir faced in 1997 in order to make Malaysia a developed country by the year 2020.
