Understanding and Predicting Work Performance in the Canadian Military
Abstract
Six empirical studies involving the application of industrial-organizational psychology in the Canadian Forces ( CF) are summarized and critiqued within the framework of the performance model provided by Campbell (1990) and his associates (Campbell, McCloy, Oppler and Sager, 1993).
