Development of a Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification Method for the Rapid Detection of Phytopythium vexans

Abstract

Brown root rot caused by Phytopythium vexans is a new destructive root disease on many plants such as Gingko, Citrus, kiwifruit, and ramie.
