Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is an established first-line treatment for depression; however, it remains unclear which factors predict a positive outcome with this approach. Prior work suggests that co-morbid obesity predicts a poorer response to antidepressant medication.
