High spatial resolution PEELS characterization of FeAl nanograins prepared by mechanical alloying

We investigate the nanograin “chemical” structure in a nanostructured material of possible industrial application (Fe–Al system) prepared by conventional mechanical alloying via ball milling in argon atmosphere.
