Phase noise suppression in LC oscillators: Tutorial

Abstract This paper presents a comprehensive study of phase noise (PN) suppression in LC‐tank oscillators. The goal of this study is to provide designers with the latest techniques for reducing PN in cross‐coupled oscillators.
