BACKGROUND: There is limited information on real-world practice versus current clinical practice guidelines for oral anticoagulant reversal before emergency surgery. OBJECTIVE: To identify current practice/knowledge gaps for oral anticoagulant reversal emergency surgery among anesthesiologists.
