Cover Feature: A Syringe‐Based DNAzyme Sensor for Bacterial Detection (2/2021)

Abstract

The Cover Feature shows how a simple sensor comprising a syringe and a column containing agarose beads immobilized with an RNA‐cleaving DNAzyme specific for a bacterium of interest is set up to achieve bacterial detection by filtration.
