Survival of patients with cancer associated thrombosis at the Uganda Cancer Institute
Abstract
BACKGROUND: The occurrence of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in patients with cancer leads to a reduced life expectancy. There is an increased incidence of cancer and its associated mortality in Uganda.
