Single-crystal growth of aluminum tungstate–scandium tungstate solid solution samples by the modified Czochralski method

Abstract

Single crystals of the aluminum tungstate–scandium tungstate solid solution were grown by the modified Czochralski (CZ) method. The crystals obtained were transparent and shown to have satisfactory quality by polarizing microscope observations.
