Pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis
Abstract
Pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis is a rare condition of unknown aetiology which is emerging from obscurity and being more frequently recognized. The case histories of two patients, one of whom is the oldest reported case in the literature, are described.
