Diffusions on a space of interval partitions: construction from marked Lévy processes

Consider a spectrally positive Stable$(1\!+\!\alpha )$ process whose jumps we interpret as lifetimes of individuals. We mark the jumps by continuous excursions assigning “sizes” varying during the lifetime.
